I actually don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review (?) but going on my third year of riding and was looking to upgrade my bike. To make this story make sense, please keep in mind I am a young female that goes to places by themselves. Saw a bike I was interested in listed on their website, and drove all the way from Mississauga and when I went inside the only employee in the front looked at me then looked back at his computer. Couldn’t even say hi, he just made a face and looked down, I was literally the only customer in the dealer. I immediately felt intimidated and uncomfortable and went towards the back where I just looked at their gloves, then asked employee if that’s all they had where he goes like “…..yeah”. Like ok thanks for all your assistance? I am NOT the person to pull the gender card as I understand that anything to do with motorsports is typically a male dominant industry but I really don’t understand treating me like I’m less of a person because I’m not your typical customer. Going here really just made me feel bad about myself, and I am excited to purchase my new bike elsewhere. Train your staff to be nicer
